The Kia Forum Rules
For the safety of all guests, The Kia Forum asks that you keep the aisles free and clear of personal items. They encourage everyone to pack lightly, as coat and bag checks are unavailable and all personal items must fit beneath your seat. (Like an airplane, but with better entertainment.)
If you are enjoying an event where standing is allowed, be mindful of those around you. Standing on top of chairs or structures is never permitted and would be considered grounds for removal.
All visitors to the Kia Forum are expected to comply with the venue’s code of conduct. Above all, it’s essential to be respectful and avoid blocking views. Likewise, guests should not interfere with the event or performers during the show.
Everybody is searched upon entry. If you’ve brought a bag with you or arrive closer to showtime, these lines may take a while. As such, please arrive with plenty of time to spare, if possible.
The Kia Forum bag policy
All bags are subject to search, including things like x-ray screening. Clear bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches and small clutches/wristlets up to 9 x 6 inches are allowed at most shows. Similarly, diaper and medical bags are permitted with the accompanying guest. Please note that the bag policy may vary by event — check your event-specific page for details.

The list of prohibited items at the Kia Forum includes, but may not be limited to, the following:

» Two-way radios.

Cash policy at The Kia Forum
The venue operates on a cashless basis. Major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments are accepted, while a “cash to card” conversion service is available should you need it.
Ticket policy at The Kia Forum
All Kia Forum tickets are mobile. Screenshots and printouts are not accepted for entry, so please make sure you have your mobile device and app ready for ticket scanning.
Smoking policy at The Kia Forum
As the Kia Forum is an indoor arena, smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the venue. Designated areas are provided on the outside terrace for guests who wish to smoke — please ask event staff for directions on the day of your visit.
The Kia Forum child policy
Age policies vary by show, although most are for everybody. Children under two can attend the Kia Forum for free but must sit on a ticket holder’s lap. Likewise, collapsible strollers must be stored beneath your seat during the show.
The Kia Forum pet and service animals policy
Only service animals are allowed inside the Kia Forum — pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. You may contact the venue in advance to make specific arrangements, should you need to.
